TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Returns and Exchanges:

  • We gladly accept returns and exchanges on defective items purchased
    within 3 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the
    same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

 2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless there is a
    defect or error on our part.
  • Sale items are also non-returnable.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • Contact our customer service team over Instagram within 3 days of
    receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process.
  • Reach out to us with the same ORDER ID or Contact you placed an order
    from, all other requests will be ignored.
  • Please provide your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for
    the return, and, if possible, attach clear photos of the item.

4. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please
    contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement including
    shipping costs.

5. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the
    approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to
    your original method of payment within 7 business days.

6. Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in
    cases of defective or damaged items.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
